Sentrya began as a personal necessity. Living with chronic migraines made it clear how overwhelming and fragmented health tracking can be—especially on bad days. I built what I couldn’t find: a calm, respectful way to capture symptoms, spot patterns, and share meaningful insights without added stress, and with the level of care I wanted for myself and my family.
